How LemonGuard users can request a copy of their app data.

In-app export path
Open LemonGuard, go to Settings, and choose Export My Data. The app queues an export job for the current app customer ID.
Exports are designed as queued jobs, so the package may not be available immediately.
Expected export contents
The export is intended to include LemonGuard inspection data tied to the app customer ID, such as saved inspection records, report data, and related metadata where available in the production system.
Some data may be unavailable in the export if it is stored by app stores, service providers, analytics tools, crash reporting systems, or support email systems outside the LemonGuard export package.
Delivery and limitations
If the in-app export flow cannot deliver a completed export package, contact support so we can help route the request manually. Do not assume the export is complete until the app or support confirms it.
Export behavior may vary while the production data request flow is being finalized.
Before deleting your account
If you want a copy of your LemonGuard data, request the export before submitting an account deletion request. Deleted records may not be recoverable.
Support fallback
If the in-app export flow is unavailable, email support@getlemonguard.com with the subject line Data export request. Include the device and account context you can safely provide. Do not include payment card details.
