Restore purchases

Open the mobile app, go to Settings, and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to Apple or Google billing and RevenueCat entitlements.

Manage or cancel subscription

Subscription management happens through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that handled the purchase. LemonGuard cannot cancel store subscriptions by email.

Refunds for in-app purchases follow Apple or Google policies. Contact support if you need help identifying the purchase path or explaining a LemonGuard app issue.

If a listing URL, screenshot upload, SoundCheck recording, photo review, or report generation fails, send the input type, vehicle context, and a brief description of what happened.

Use the in-app Delete Account flow when available. If you cannot access the app, use the public fallback instructions.

LemonGuard paid reports and subscriptions are purchased in the mobile app. Restore purchases in the app, manage subscriptions from the Apple or Google account that purchased them, and use the applicable store refund process for payment refunds.
