Delete Account

In-app deletion path

Open LemonGuard, go to Settings, choose Delete Account, and follow the confirmation prompt. The app queues deletion for the app customer ID used on that device.

Deletion is designed as a queued request, so it may not finish immediately on the same screen.

What deletion targets

Deletion targets LemonGuard records associated with the app customer ID, including saved inspections, generated report records, and related user-generated analysis data where supported by the production system.

Deletion may not be reversible. Save anything you need before submitting a deletion request.

What may remain

Some information may remain when needed for legal, security, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, analytics, or operational reasons. Purchase and subscription records are also handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their own systems and policies.

Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain if they no longer identify the app customer ID.

Support fallback

If you cannot access the app, email support@getlemonguard.com with the subject line Account deletion request. Include enough context for support to locate your LemonGuard app customer record, but do not include payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
